you got us thru covid sent books and coloring booksto my wife who was stuck in FL to keep us occupied. My dream is to someday get to Rt 66 and use your travel books. have to buy some Rt 66 attire.

Terry Ryburn and the the late Funks from Funks Grove ( Mapple syrup) has visited me in the Netherlands!

I just found out about you and your passion in my latest Hemmings Motor News magazine. Thank you for keeping the Mother Road alive. I hope to make a few sectional Route 66 trips over the next couple of years. And I'm ordering your guide book today.
A book you may want to check out is from the Images of America series. "Route 66 in Texas" copyright 2013, so it's not a new book. Author Joe Sonderman gives good insight to every little town the old Route 66 passed through in Texas. It is a neat snapshot of history. I found it a well thought out and organized collection of old pictures showing towns and the businesses as they used to be. Worth a look.

Hey Jerry, I'm a big fan of Route 66, and of course your guide book. I wanted to let you know that the Crown Railroad Cafe in Flagstaff is now closed, unfortunately. I tried to go there yesterday for lunch, and found it closed up. A September 10 post on their Facebook page contained the following... "We are sad to let everyone know that the Crown Railroad Cafe is permanently closed. We want to thank everyone for an incredible 27 years." Sad news! Best regards, Mark

Hi, My wife and I recently travelled through Route66 to commemorate our 66th. birthdays. I understand you are our age. During our trip I also found that I-44 was also about our age.
We left our home on 10/13, met my friends in Chicago on 10/14, left Chicago on 10/15, and crossed the finish line in Santa Monica on 10/28. From Flagstaff, Az, we had a small side trip to Grand Canyon. Although we missed the green corn fields, it was a perfect season.
We tried to travel the original Route 66, including Pre-1937 segment in NM, as much as we could, and your EZ66 Guide helped us a lot! Thank you!

Thank you so much for publishing your EZ66 Guide. We used it and the Route 66 navigation app for our 11-day adventure (St Louis to Needles). It was great for identifying points of interest along the way. We also enjoyed meeting you on 15 Sep.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your Route 66 Hardcover book. Your writing is just what I feel about the road. Got yorur set of EZ66 maps and will be Driving from Bloomington, Ill to Albuquerque for the balloon Fiesta starting the end of Sept. hopefully will get to see your museum when we get to OK.
